1. Policy Cancellation

 1.1 Our cancellation policy for the Day Tours:

For the purpose of the proper execution of the reservation, we will retain a deposit of 15 to 30 % of the total cost of the tour, which can be refunded only in case of cancellation by our company due to force majeure: extremely bad weather or volcanic risk. In cases of adverse weather conditions, it will be possible to postpone the tour  to the first available date. 

We will send a payment link so that you can pay the deposit online.

In the case of a refund, bank fees will be subtracted from it.

The remaining balance can be paid after the tour directly to the driver. For payments made with credit or debit cards, we require 3%.

Advance payment guarantees the availability of the requested tours and the orderly performance of the booked services. Participants are not entitled to a refund of their payment if they cancel due to subjective weather assessments or objective personal reasons. For last-minute cancellations or no-shows by participants, there is no refund for any reason whatsoever, as the reserved places can no longer be reoccupied on the same date. Under no circumstances will refunds be made after the tour has commenced. 

1.2 Our cancellation policy for the shore tours and shore transfers:

For the purpose of the proper execution of the reservation, we will retain a deposit of 15 to 30 % of the total cost of the tour, which can be refunded only in case the ship can’t enter the port and you advise us by phone (whatsapp) at least 6 hours before the pick-up time. 

We will send a payment link so that you can pay the deposit online.

We will keep a deposit of 15 to 30 percent of the transfer’s total cost, which is nonrefundable, to ensure that the reservation is handled properly.

If the flight is running late, please call us as soon as you find out  so we will send the first driver available to pick you up.

The availability of the requested services and their proper performance are guaranteed by advance payment. 

There are no refunds for the deposit, since the reserved vehicles can no longer be reoccupied at the same time.
